Our Export department is the cornerstone for the international development of our brand. It advertises our philosophy, our out-of-the-box vision of coffee, plus a touch of French gastronomy. Malongo currently operates in over 40 countries worldwide. From the United States to Japan, not forgetting Dubai and Europe!

Atelier Barista
OUR BOUTIQUES
With their industrial setting comprising natural materials, and a warm and friendly atmosphere, Malongo boutiques are the ideal place to share our passion for coffee, in Paris, Nice and Saint-Laurent-du-Var (CAP 3000). Our boutiques are structured around 3 spaces, allowing customers to roast, purchase and taste our luxury coffees.

After-sales service
OUR TECHNICAL TEAMS
The Horeca Services team offers a technical guarantee to our trusting customers. Our after-sales service is on-hand, effective and responsive, ready to meet the needs of our customers. Our team can assist with the problems of both businesses and individuals.

Training
OUR EXPERT BARISTAS
The Malongo training department is a real coffee school. Our team of coaches can boast the prestigious SCA certification and can pass on their knowledge both in-house and externally. Malongo actively distributes information on coffee culture, art and science. A vast universe: coffee news, producing countries, botanical varieties, health, agronomy, market conditions, etc.

Subsidiaries
As an independent subsidiary of Cafés Rombouts, a family roasting firm founded in Antwerp in 1968, Malongo has its own subsidiaries.
- Cafés Arabo: A specialist in luxury coffees designed for the hotel and catering markets since 1908.
- Ipanema: Ipanema has managed the “Barista Workshop” boutiques since 1999.
- Los Cafés S.A. : Malongo manager for the Spanish market.
- Cafés Cuendet: Malongo has been the leading shareholder in this prestigious Swiss roaster since 2009
- MS Cafés: This subsidiary mainly covers technical operations targeting professional and semi-professional customers.
