Thus, the factory’s integration into its geographical area will involve :
- preserving and creating new green areas,
- creating plant-covered roofing,
- dealing with noise
- processing smoke and smells by catalysis, so that they are unnoticeable in the air.
As well as this, the «eco-design» of the buildings will use:
- “natural” construction materials and methods
- geo-thermal principles for the air-conditioning
- solar power to produce hot water.
Finally, the working environment will be based on employee comfort (brightly-lit areas, nursery etc.)
